Meet the Assistant Photographers

SURPRISE! One of my assistant photographers is my dad, and he is the best! We have a very close relationship and always have; therefore, we make an incredible team if I do say so myself. He has been my second shooter at countless weddings over the last few years. He knows all the ropes, the Do's, the Don'ts, and the flow of the big day. At least 1/4 of the pictures in each of my wedding albums are photos that he took and have been edited by me. He is the biggest people person and truly loves to be in the presence of others. He is an exceptional speaker; having such a way with words! He is a Christian man. He has prayed hand in hand with my brides, grooms, and family members on several occasions. He has helped me set up for all sorts of Mini Sessions. He has even played the part of Santa for Christmas Minis.

My second assistant photographer is my best friend since 5th grade, Kaitlyn. Remember the tiny pink camera I mentioned in the About Me section? She was in front of and behind that little camera, just as much as I was! We were always the cool girls with the best and newest MySpace photos to share all of the time. Yes, I said MySpace, that's just how long we have been friends! Fast forward to now, she has assisted with weddings and other misc sessions. Kaitlyn is very artistic, and creative; She is a people person, very outgoing, and will for sure be able to make you laugh during your photos! She is especially knowledgeable about photography and videography having lived in LA for 1-3 years pursuing the film industry. She also acquired modeling experience during that time. Kaitlyn is back on the coast now to live closer to her family again, and is more than excited to be my assistant again with some upcoming weddings and other projects!
